customer service profoundly exceeded my expectations, something I haven't experienced in many recent 5-star hotels. From the very first day, the staff demonstrated an outstanding commitment to hospitality and customer care. Upon booking through Booking.com and mentioning my allergies, the hotel proactively initiated a WhatsApp communication with their Food and Beverage team. They inquired about my dietary needs and discussed options they could prepare for me, ensuring a seamless and personalized dining experience. Additionally, the reception staff went above and beyond to assist me when I needed a hairdresser and their salon was closed for renovations. They diligently arranged for someone to come to my room, which was greatly appreciated. The excellent service extended throughout the hotel, from the restaurant to the pool area, where the staff continued to be exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Furthermore, the comfort of the bed in my room added to the overall outstanding experience, ensuring restful nights. In conclusion, the best aspect of this hotel is undeniably its staff, complemented by the comfortable accommodations. I was genuinely surprised and delighted by the level of care at this larger hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding service in a welcoming environment.

The Front Office Manager - Mr. Ashif - was very helpful as I had to change my noisy room. The staff in general is very polite and helpful. The Breakfast but also the Lunch and Dinner (Gill Hunters) was marvellous. I also had a pick-up service ordered from/to the airport - was perfect! This Hotel will be always my first choice. what was really totally nice was the surprise on the last evening - we had our business dinner at the excellent Room & Grill Hunter. There was a sweet surprise for me at the end - I have been travelling internationally for 30 years, but this was by far the nicest surprise I have ever received - THANK YOU! :)

The property has surprised us from the size of the room, amenities inside, to sumptous breakfast with many choices of foods and etc. Pool was good & safe and our son enjoyed it a lot. Superb thai food in Sabai Thai. Staffs were very accommodating and friendly. Location is very central and has neighboring restaurants and food market (walkable areas). Overall, it has exceeded our expectations. Thanks for a wonderful eid staycation experience.

There were significant delays during the check-in process. After waiting for an hour, they finally managed to provide me with one room, but requested additional time to prepare the other room. Despite giving them more time and even leaving for three hours, I returned to find that they still hadn’t prepared an acceptable room. The room they offered smelled very bad, and they needed nearly another hour to arrange a replacement.
